Paintings of unusual sizes
Every now and again a subject suggests a different size than normal.
Sometimes much larger or wider or even a vertical strip.
Whilst looking through some earlier paintings I noticed these which make the point.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I did painting them!
- The 10th hole at Legends
- Barges racing on the Thames.
- Vineyards in Tuscany
- Sunset in Tuscany
- Tuscany
- 6th hole at Pine Cliffs in the Algarve
- The White cliffs
- The Mourne Mountains from Dundrum bay
- Legends Golf and Safari at Entabeni
Summer in the Cote d’Azur
We like to return to Cannes as often as possible but this year playing with the grandchildren has curtailed the painting somewhat! No complaints however of course!
Anyway here are a few paintings that I have managed to do this summer of the South of France where as ever the weather was wonderful.
Maybe over the coming months I will find more time to look at all the photos and paint some more from the area.
- Lourges
- St Paul de Vence
- The well in St Paul
- In the heart of Seillans
- Cannes at dusk
- The lighthouse at Agay
- Fayence
